All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed and dispatched within 2 business days. We do endeavour to ship within 24 hours! We ship all Australian deliveries via the Australia Post service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with full tracking details. Please note that orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Australia wide deliveries should be received within 1-6 business days of dispatch. However due to external factors, please allow up to 4 business days before contacting Vama Cosmetics.
During busy sale periods, orders may take longer to dispatch due to the high volume of orders being processed. Please note that we will always endeavour to have all parcels dispatched within 72 business hours of order placement.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Vama Cosmetics with tracking information so that you can follow the progress of your package. We recommend you check the tracking so that you can ensure you will be home if necessary when delivery occurs.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the property of Australia Post. However, if you email us at email@example.com we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. If you are not home when Australia Post attempts the delivery, they will leave a card notifying you that your package will be awaiting collection at a local post office. Please be sure to check your tracking email if you think this may have occurred but you have not received a notification card. Australia Post will only hold your parcel for a maximum of 10 days before returning it to our warehouse. If this occurs, you will be asked to pay for any associated re-delivery costs. Please note that if your item is returned to us because you have not collected it, then Australia Post charges a return fee of $10 which will be passed on to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their order to try and avoid such situations.
Please note that we require a signature on delivery and are unable to authorise Australia Post to leave parcels if no-one is home.
We are able to ship to residential, business and PO BOX addresses.

- International shipping costs differ from country to country. Please see below for a list of flat rate, international shipping charges.
- We are unable to send to an international PO BOX, please provide a residential or business address with your order.
- Please provide a phone number for all international orders.
